Attestation of Documents related to Trade, Business & Investment
1. Submit duly fill in prescribed form, Diffrent_Attestation (Busi).pdf
2. Attach one recent passport size photograph of the applicant.
3. Any Bangladeshi origin document should have prior authentication done by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka.
4. Any Canadian origin documents should have prior authentication done by Global Affairs, Ottawa
5. The copy of the Bangladeshi/Canadian passport;
6. In case of receiving the service by mail, a pre-paid express post envelope having a detailed address of the recipient must be submitted to the High Commission.
7. Proof of the applicant’s valid Canadian/Bangladeshi status

- The High Commission does not accept any cash or personal Cheque.
- Bangladesh High Commission accepts payment of consular fees by debit or credit cards at the consular counter of Bangladesh High Commission, Ottawa.
- Fees for consular services are also accepted by bank draft/money order/pay order/postal order made in-favour of "Bangladesh High Commission, Ottawa, Canada"
- Fees are non-refundable and rate is subject to change by authorities.
